GLOW Pilates & Body Conditioning Centre offers clients a tranquil and focussed environment dedicated to the Authentic Pilates Method. Specialist trained Pilates instructors provide the utmost of personal and professional care to clients. Centrally located in Prospect just 3 kms, Nth. from the Adelaide CBD. Our huge open floor space, which is fully air conditioned, provides plenty of room for small group pilates on mats as well as Pilates equipment training on all of the large Pilates apparatus. We cater for 1:1 sessions as well as duo training.
A private treatment room is devoted to providing complementary therapeutic services including Bowen Therapy, Aromatherapy, Kinesiology. Treatments to re-fresh and enhance your body, mind and spirit whilst you are training, developing a stronger more flexible posture and a better aligned body.
GLOW Pilates online training via our website, offers videos performed by our instructors for guided home care practice anytime to further people to gain positive results faster whilst training, whether they are at a gym, other fitness clinics or attending our studio. Our Pilates video routines are in 4 easy to navigate categories offering a variety of workout videos in each which we constantly update allowing you to customise your workouts.
