I've been going to Studio Pilates for over a year now and I absolutely love it! It really does give you a total body workout and perfectly compliments my exercise regime. I've just completed my first hell week which I'm very proud to have accomplished. Thanks to the great support from my beautiful girls Sandy and Thuc. They are always ready with a welcoming smile and full of encouragement! They always make sure my posture is corrected for each exercise hence I've never come away with a sore back just the good soreness of a great workout. As I'm no 'spring chicken' I can genuinely recommend Studio Pilates for us oldies to get your balance and flexibility back ..... I'm living proof of that! Thank you for the bottom of my heart girls 'you rock!'×××××××

Studio Pilates is my new favourite workout! Really different to any exercise I’ve done in the past, the trainers provide a lot more support than other Pilates classes I’ve tried and love having the screens to check technique. Really look forward to watching my body change 😊

I have been attending regular classes on my lunch break in the City Studio since it opened in September 2016. I continue to go back day after day thanks to the amazing support and personal challenges that Sandy, Jon and Thuc set me each week. The team in the city studio are very welcoming and thorough with each individual that attends each and every class. Including body corrections, altering movements to cater for injuries/pregnancy and adding in additional challenges to those that want that bit more. The instructors are extremely knowledgeable and very professional but enjoy a good laugh. The studio itself is very modern and classy, the equipment is always clean and in very good condition. I highly recommend everyone come in and try one of their reformer classes, I guarantee you will get hooked!

Every one of the team here are amazing and so invested in their clients, without fail they always check in on me, see how I am going through each class, even outside of class, the customer service is amazing. They also push me harder than what I think I am capable of and I have loved attending classes from day 1. Special thanks to Sandy, Thuc and Jon for making me stronger xx
