Worst service ever. I took my Swiss watch into this store to change the watch band. Easy enough? Not for these people. They broke off the little piece that holds the band. NO apology, just here is your watch, no band on. There excuse is "The issue on this occasion, unfortunately was based on the quality and age of the plastic, which made it very brittle" ? This is not true at all, the watch is not even 3 years old and NOT brittle at all. My friend was a Swiss watch maker and he had a look at it. The watch is in perfect condition, we couldn't break the other piece off, only with a LOT of force. Accidents can happen, but then admit it! You could have given me a discount for a future purchase in your store or at least a simple SORRY. This is just not good enough.

We went to Watsons for my wedding ring. I had been sized at 4 other jewellers who all said that I was a size T. The jeweller that I spoke to in the store said that I was a Q1/2, two and a half sizes smaller than what the others said. We disagreed with him but he was very insistent so eventually we caved and just let him go with that size. Whilst on our honeymoon I had to take the ring off after my finger swelled in the tropical weather and turned blue because of the way undersized ring. once we got back we went and saw them, a different person this time. She took one look and said "that's way too small" so they agreed to stretch it to an R1/2 , but obviously that was still too small so they stretched it another size to S1/2 (YOU ARE NOT SUPPOSE TO STRETCH A RING ANY FURTHER THAN ONE SIZE). The S1/2 fit perfectly, however a few months after the ring cracked (most likely due to the over stretching). so we rang them and they said they had no information of my ring (luckily we had kept the receipt) so they agreed to have a look to see if they MIGHT be able to fix it. so we sent it via registered post (we'd moved state in that time). After a long while of no response/update we rang and asked what's happening, the lady then informed us my ring was in New Zealand so the manufacturer could decide whether or not to replace it on warranty. A week later they let us know my replacement ring was in store and we could pick it up. We asked a friend who was down there on holiday to get it for us. When they got back and we saw the ring the size was right but they had made it normal gold not brush gold like it originally was. After all the frustration we really didn't want to continue dealing with them. luckily my wife parents were friend with a jeweller we saw him and asked if it could be brushed after it'd been made. He said yes and he did it for free thank-you in-laws jeweller friend! In short: Rude insistent employee Tried to get out of fixing their mistake Bad communication consistently made mistakes/incompetent

Went into the shop for some batteries for two watches but the salesPoor serviceperson,who was playing with a box,said,not today,tomorrow.I was also interested in a diamond eternity ring and earrings but guess what,not today or ever in that shop.
