Took my watch to get the battery changed, when I collected it the back was badly scratched, one of the keepers was missing, the leather band had obvious folds, marks & damage then snapped as soon as I tried to put it on. I raised concerns about the damages only to be told "we didn't do that". Very disappointing & expensive as now will have to send it away for repair.

Totally forgot to do the work that was tasked to them. Then rushed the work, which wasn't done properly and had to be fixed. After all this they overcharged us on the quoted price. Poor form.

Helped me repair a watch strap that none of the other shops would help out with and did it that day too!
