Absolutely love coming here Its an amazing store añd the staff are awesome. So friendly and very helpful The products are of excellent quality and I get all my salt lamps from there The jewellery is lovely and the clothing is awesome. So much to look at and it changes all the time. Am in love with their melts as well. You can't just stay and browse for an hour you need longer The store is set out well and their is also a check in app for covid with sanitizer as well. Cannot fault the store or the staff . I done a click and collect and it was done in a flash just an amazing store. Do pop in if your in Launceston , you won't be disappointed.
Customer service could use some work. My fiancé and I were in to have a look for a gift, staff member didn’t greet us, too busy talking to two young people. 5 minutes after being in the store we were approached aggressively and asked if we found what we were looking for because she wanted us to hurry up, then she informed to tell us they were closed. The lady could have let us know they were closing in five minutes. Not going back!
What's not to like about Ishka! A nice spacious store filled with oddities and goodies, all at a great price. Some truly original and one of kind pieces of furniture on offer as well. Plus great, friendly and helpful staff. Couldn't ask for more.
I have always shopped at Iska,regardless of whether it be online or instore. The experience had always been an enjoyment and an experience. Ofen coming home with a treasure that will one day be passed on to my 7 children . Iskas pieces are timeless.....wood is forever. Shop at Ishka ....then you will understand their message.
Happy with my purchase of Himalayan rock salt lamp and the indian incense sticks. They were expensive but the aroma of incense is worth the price. Great deals on sales. Staffs are very friendly and welcoming.
An eclectic mix of incredibly creative furniture, fashion and gifts a must visit of Launceston, although I think they may be moving out of cbd? Beautiful friendly staff, who work exceptionally hard
