Today I brought a silver curb chain and a 9ct gold and London Blue 9mm Topaz stone. The stone, nice and dark with good clarity set in gold. The staff member that served me we very polite and friendly and helpful. Always for me a good store to shop in, Launceston. Cheers
Most of staffs here were very nice. Only one staff and her name is Cynthia, she was very unprofessional and rude to us. We were regular customers of this store and we hope this beautiful store stop hiring such rude and unprofessional people.

When I went in back in June, I would have given 5 stars, no worries. I went back due to a cancelled lay-by not the problem to get the refund of said lay-by. I had to go in twice! The 1st time I went in they couldn't give the refund as they couldn't find the "paperwork" for it, yes paperwork! Not stored in the computer for all staff to be able to access. So I had to go back a 2nd time, in which seemed to take about 5 mins to finalise it all as the system is so old, it's what the ancient Romans would have used... TIME TO UPDATE THE SYSTEM, at least to something from this century
Some cute jewellery. Customer service is ok and friendly - just said what I wanted to hear. Nothing super fashionable that stood out but you are welcome to spend hundreds of dollars there if you want to.they probably need to do some customer service training on how to make every customer feel welcome, even if they can't be served the moment they walk in.

Good range of attractive jewellery in clean, well staffed store.
Lady who served me was helpful and friendly only downside is how other staff talk to person serving you as if you are not there. Some need to learn manners.
Fast service, friendly staff and not like other Jewellers that "FORGET" to let u know your item is on discount at the time if perches. I'll defiantly be going back next time I need something
