Story

We are an independant manufacturing jeweller with an onsite workshop specialising in all makes, repairs and remodelling. We belong to Australasia's largest buying group, Nationwide Jewellers, that gives us the benefit of selecting from a wide range of products. We are also an Antwerp Diamond Broker and keep a selection of great diamonds in stock at competative prices.

Shonky. Disgusting. Abusive. Melted my late grandmothers gold ring with other “random” gold. When questioned about whereabouts took 3 months Tim abused me saying “I clearly don’t understand English because he told me he would melt it down with other random gold” he also added “If it was that sentimental why did you do it anyway”. Wow. As if losing a relative isn’t awful enough. This behaviour is beyond unsatisfactory. If this “standard practise” Tim’s words had have been explained in first instance I would never have had it sent to Melbourne under his “professional”recommendation. Gold lost. Sentiment lost. Tim and Haab reputation lost.
Nice Family business keep pushing the jewellery tradition in town. Tim and his family are all the best.

Absolute disgusting Tim is. Wont stop sending me anti vax info Even when asked not too. The ring he was gunna make was great pity jeweler is so arrogant.
