Warwick Workout is a new 500sqm state of the art fitness centre, where we welcome you to become part of our fitness community.

Situated within the expanded Warwick Stadium complex, you can combine your sports and fitness goals with elite strength and conditioning programs.

Group Fitness programs are on offer to give you great opportunities to increase your well-being through both physical exercise and engaging in a positive and supportive environment together with others.

Our staff are interested in not only your fitness goals, but in you as a unique and valued individual.

We have invested in some fantastic brand new equipment from Life Fitness and Hammer Strength for you to enjoy and utilise to take the next step forward in your fitness journey.

This is a fitness operation of the Churches of Christ Sport and Recreation Association Incorporated.

The new courts have been opened for a while now and the whole place is a lot brighter compared to some other centres. Staff are helpful and always willing to help out with the kids as they are learning their sports. A nice and friendly community.

A variety of fitness classes, big for basketball of all ages and I think they even have badminton. Friendly staff, clean facilities, good cafe. And every know and then they hold a Sunday market.

Great place for a friendly but competitive game of mixed netball. The umpires are good and fair! Just the courts have numerous lines for bball as well so can be confusing!

My first visit to the facility, since its radical transformation, left me amazed at what had been achieved since my last visit over 2 years ago. Quite apart from the obvious (a doubling in size) there is the addition of a specialized gym that caters for all abilities, along  with a women's workout room. The upgraded kiosk is well positioned to serve all those who are there to participate or as a spectator. There are a number of meeting rooms.  A very well presented creche allows patents of young children to be accommodated while Mum or Dad are enjoying a workout. I didn't get to see all this fantastic stadium had to offer but what I did see sure made a great impression. CONGRATULATIONS to all those responsible for an amazing transformation.
