Very bad when it comes to money! Over two years ago my wife signed up for a membership and due to a back injury had to cancel shortly after. She called to discuss the cancellation of the membership where she was specifically told that the membership would be cancelled. After mistaking the direct debits for other monthly fees, TWO years later we realise payments are still coming out. After contacting the centre to dispute they have said that due to no record of written cancellation no money will be refunded, as the terms and conditions state cancellations must be made in writing. If only the terms and conditions also stated that a lack of staff knowledge to inform customers of their own policies could cost you $40 a month for over two years. This also means that after not signing in to the centre for over two years they make no effort to contact customers, because hey what business wouldn't want more money over customer care?

Small swimming pool. Not a lot of space for the kids to play in the warm one. Parking outside is good with a lot of parking bays. Staff is nice. Tehre is a cage overlooking the kids swimming pool which is nice and handy to keep an eye on them. Change rooms are good bit there is not many of them.

Hard to get money back once you pay !!! if you have to cancel for some reason its better you dont pay upfront. i been advise on refund on 13/11/2017 and still waiting for the refund until today 14/02/2018. No communication from anyone at all ...

The centre is great, but today the instructor didn't even show up. It's not the centre's fault of course but they need to manage this kind of occurrences with more tact, at least an explanation or an apology. Fifteen minutes after the class was scheduled to start someone shows up and starts to dictate what peopleare to do, without even explaining what we are doing or what is going on. What a waste of time for all the ladies who showed up.

Undergoing renovations when I went. found it to be twice the price of HBF Joondalup and half as clean
