Easy parking. Good facilities including baby change area. The newly renovated courtyard is a great (mostly shady) public space.

WARNING TO THE COMMUNITY THERE IS A RAPIST LIVING IN OSBOURNE PARK HE IS MOSTLY SEEN AT THE OSBOURNE PARK PETROL STATION ON THE CORNER OF MAIN ST AND ROYAL STREET ACROSS THE RD FROM THE OSBOURNE PUB HE HANGS AROUND AND IN THE BP STATION CARPARK HE WALKS UP TO PEOPLE ASKING FOR MONEY AS THERE FILLING THERE CARS UP AND HE FOLLOWS PEOPLE WALKING IN AND OUT OF THE BP PETROL STATION HARRASSING THEM FOR MONEY HE IS ON PAROLE FOR A VICIOUS RAPE AND THE COMMUNITY DOESN'T EVEN KNOW..AND HE DOESN'T JUST FREQUENT THIS STATION HE WALKS AROUND ALL THE CARPARK UP TO EVERBODIES CARS ASKING FOR MONEY HE'S A PUBLIC NUISANCE AND HE'S DANGEROUS HE'S 6 FOOT TALL BALD DIRTY LOOKING
