Story

At Xtend Barre, we deliver results. A lot of programs promise results; few deliver. Barre programs like to promise a long, lean dancer’s body, but the truth is that you’re either born with long and lean genes…or you’re not. Most of us aren’t. Take a look at the body of a soccer player – strong, muscular, agile legs. The body of a swimmer – strong, flexible shoulders, core and hips. We’re all different and that’s what makes us amazing.

Xtend Barre provides you with a variety of programs – from HIIT classes to our signature Xtend Barre class – that help you achieve your personal goals. Whether your goal is to lose weight, build strength, increase flexibility, cross train, or all of the above, our programs help you achieve actual results

Joining Xtend Barre in Osborne Park is one of the best decisions I’ve made! After almost a year away from fitness, and never having danced in my life, the team reassured me that there would be no going back once I started Xtend Barre - and it was true! You can workout at your own pace, choose your difficulty, build muscle and improve posture by the second session, and have fun at the same time! The studio is relaxing and modern, and the owners, Kristel and Katie, went the extra length to make me feel so welcome and part of a team. Each instructor brings something new to a workout, and you’ll never, ever get bored. It is an inspiring place to spend an hour or two a day!

Recently joined Xtend Barre and it’s been one of the best moves I’ve made. The studio is modern and well equipped and the staff are fantastic and motivating. Definitely feel the burn during the workouts but all for a good cause. Highly recommend!

This studio is my absolute fave when it comes to exercise! The team are friendly, professional and technically skilled. the classes are also small and have a great personal feel about them. It doesn't compare at all to classes offered by local gyms- I have tried them! XTend Barre is definitely worth your while and worth paying a little more for. I highly recommend it!

I had pretty much given up on going to the local gym when I thought I would give Xtend Barre a go. My first barre class was intense and I've never felt so energised! Not to mention the muscle burns and leg shaking! So I booked another class and signed up! The instructors and owners are so friendly, always make the classes fun and challenging for everyone. I am always looking forward to my next session!

I thought I was fit and flexible...until I attended an Xtend Barre class at Osborne Park. Holy leg burn! such an amazing class, I also attended a Stick Barre class and loooved it! The studio is great, I find myself looking forward to attending just to browse the foyer show, which has the most amazing items. All the ladies are so friendly, and helpful in the class with my technique. Highly recommend!
