I personally really enjoyed the experience and atmosphere, the facility is very clean, yet the staff had very poor efforts with talking and smiling or engaging with guests, they had very bad customer service. There was maybe one or two staff members who really where engaging with the children, yet the others just stared you down and spoke to you in a rude tone expecting you to know what you’re supposed to do. Definitely need to have friendlier staff! (Other than the odd one or two which did amazing).

I brought my son in yesterday, and he had a great time and loved the facility. This place was so packed, when I ordered a coffee and it took about 10 minutes for it to arrive. Considering it was so busy it was a reasonable wait and definitely worth the wait. I didn't expect the coffee to be that good but it was fantastic! Credit goes to the young man behind the coffee machine. Great place and friendly staff, I will be bringing my son back again soon.

Came to Latitude with my kids and they loved the place and activities but the customer service could have been a whole lot better. There wasn't much staff to help out with the rock climbing/ bungee jumping activities and the young female staff that was there didn't seem to be too Interested in helping attaching the harnesses ect. this wasted time with trying to do it themselves when it was our first time there. It is suppose to be a place for kids to enjoy and have fun so the staff could be much friendlier.

Their service was the best i have ever experienced. I have never encountered such great service in my life. I couldn't believe how good it was. I was blown away. I would highly recommend their service to my friends, family ever people i don't know! It is the best you will ever receive. Please, tell everyone, write the best reviews, advertise more! Everyone should be in on this great service. Everyone reading this, Use this service, It will be the best ever! I would highly recommend their service to my friends, family ever people i don't know! Their service was the best i have ever experienced. I have never encountered such great service in my life. I couldn't believe how good it was. I was blown away.

We went on Sat had soon much fun my 9 year old wanted to go again on Sunday.  and he's going to have his birthday next months well.  spotless.. Loads of staff making sure everyone is safe.Great to finally have something like  this for 9-15 age group xx
