Don’t hire these people if you have higher standards for carpet installation done at your home. When selling they are absolutely nice and sweet, when installing, the workers and the point of contact who is just a simple sales person and knows nothing about floor installation would not stop for a minute to listen to you for simple instructions. They do substandard job, calling it “Australian Standard”. Not happy with the service, and disappointed when Trent hang up on me. Yes someone needs to teach you how to do your job properly. Edit after reply: Abhorrent that you are falsely accusing a client. I have photos and the carpet is installed in my house, no extra job was done here, in-fact they had to do less, and I have all the proves. Don’t make it any worse for your business.

It was an absolute pleasure dealing with Barbara and Trent at Warrnambool Carpet Court. They went above and beyond with the tenant, as this was a difficult tenant. The customer service was outstanding and continuously update me during the process. I would recommend using carpet court any time and the price was within my budget.

Went and saw the staff at Warrnambool Carpet Court for new carpet and they couldn’t have been more helpful, not knowing anything about carpet they made the entire experience so enjoyable and the price was fantastic!
