So frustrating that they seldom have books needed and have to order every time. This year i got books from the shelf only to be told they were reserved and accidently put there! I then ordered even though they won't arrive before school starts and now i find out the wrong books were ordered so another delay. Poor customer service from senior staff but 1 star is for the young girls who were apologetic and nice.
