This used to be a great store, and the couple running it were lovely. Unfortunately it's changed hands. My sister went in with a gift voucher that was a week past its expiry date, and they only honored half its value. The previous owners would have honored it. So, apart from the usual lesson - avoid buying people gift vouchers - don't expect great service from this store.
