Telstra Shop Warrnambool

Friendly staff, but poor customer service policy. Attended the store to buy a product - I'm looking at it right there on the bench. I was greeted by a staff member, who couldn't process the sale for me. Instead I had to wait 20 minutes in a 'queue' (write name on a list and wait until called) just to buy a product. I understand the need to have certain staff process certain requests (on Telstra's portal) - but at least have one staff member available who can sell stuff off the shelf who doesn't want to be 'signed up'. The owner has taken what Telstra's call centre did best (put people in queues) and apply it to an in-store experiences. Unfortunately it's not the type of experience I enjoy. The staff were pleasant to deal with... just had their hands tied by the stores policy. Please reconsider the policy. It just encourages me to buy directly from Telstra online next time rather than visit a store, and I'd prefer to support local when possible.

The staff there are really excellent bend over backward to solve your problems.they deserve a 10 star rateing.

The staff member did not realize a business problem needs the business centre. We waited for an hour to find out .

So tired of the lack of service and obvious "back room" pressure to sell at these institutes.
