Absolutely gorgeous hotel in an amazing location! The property is beautifully decorated with stunning attention to detail, creating a luxurious and welcoming atmosphere from the moment you arrive. The pool area is a true highlight—beautifully designed, relaxing, and perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring.nnThe location couldn’t be better, with easy access to nearby attractions, restaurants, and shopping. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the overall experience exceeded expectations. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, style, and convenience.
The overall experience for our stay was great! It gives a very luxurious ambiance thats well suited. We had a great view over looking the river. The rooms are very high tech as wellnnDownside is we were having issue finding the place as its behind another building. There is also only 2 working lift which took so long as heaps of people are checking out as well. Room service also took almost an hour to arrive even at 10pm.
Staff exceptional from check in to check out. Got offered a change of room 10 floors up after the bath leaked upon emptying. Also given a late check out complementary for the inconvenience. Well worth the money, pool and facilities brilliant. Bottle of Prosecco on ice in the room complementary as we were celebrating our anniversary. Would recommend to anyone.
If you're planning a trip to Brisbane, stop comparing hotels and book W Brisbane. The location is perfect, the rooms are exceptional and the overall guest experience is simply on another level.nnW Brisbane is the definition of feeling welcome. From the moment you walk through the doors, every interaction is genuine and respectful, with the Welcome Desk team setting the tone from the very start.nnI stayed in a Standard King Room and, from the moment I walked in, I genuinely thought they had accidentally booked me into a luxury suite. It turns out that's simply what W Brisbane considers standard. Luxury really is the standard here.nnI've stayed in many hotels and can honestly say this room, again a standard room, is incredibly spacious, exceptionally clean and they certainly don't skimp on the unique features.nnI was amazed to see an actual minibar, a personalised welcome letter, multiple desks, plenty of furniture and a room that had clearly been designed with guests in mind. I've stayed in many five-star hotels where it's the little things that become frustrating like tiny kettles, no coffee machine, not enough cups, not enough desk or room space that look great in photos but aren't practical to actually stay in. None of those issues existed at W Brisbane !!. Everything you needed was there, everything made sense, and the room was comfortable to spend time in. The modern design, especially the bathroom architecture and overall layout, was amazing.nnW Brisbane has become one of the best hotel experiences I've had. W Brisbane has set the benchmark for me. Their standard room delivers an experience that many 5 star luxury hotels still don't achieve.
Absolutely great hotel! Location is very good, on the river, close to shopping and restaurants and great starting point to explore Brisbane on foot and also very good options to go running straight from hotel. The reception is one level up and the staff member who helped me with the check-in was very friendly and clearly loved her job. The rooms: I have to say that I stayed in a penthouse II suite on the 32nd floor used suite night awards for an upgrade - so that did increase the experience favorably, but overall the design of all rooms, quality of the beds etc. will also give a great experience in regular rooms. The living room bar is a great place for a drink. In the Lex - a delicious and very extensive breakfast buffet is served. When I had an issue with the AC, within minutes an engineer came and fixed it. And lastly, the approximately 20M long salt water pool with underwater music! is amazing for a workout most hotel pools are too short/small. Not a problem here at all!
