Lovely warm welcome from the receptionist who checked us in-thank you, it makes such a difference to have people say yes and give a smile. Excellent customer service. Please congratulate the lady who checked us in. It’s the key to how you feel about a hotel.nnThe rooms are stylish and so comfortable, I can’t really fault it. The rooms are well thought out and the products are good.nnBreakfast pretty standard fair but good.nnWell done to everyone who works at the hotel to make our stay a special one.
Our stay here was nice and the staff who work here are very kind. The location is really good and right next to central station allowing for easy access to all of Brisbane. The room was nice but ours did have some water damage on the roof by the restroom and would leak a bit sometimes. But other than that the room was nice. The breakfast buffet is good but pretty pricey. Overall we had nice stay and I would recommend staying here.
This was a complete let down of a hotel. I specifically booked this place as I was doing a two day business course in the same building. Firstly, upon checking in I requested to book an additional night to my stay - they directed me to book this myself online otherwise they wanted to charge me $60 for the admin of doing it?! Secondly, I booked the 'Dapl and Dine' package that came with a discounted room stay plus a two course dinner + bottle of wine. I showed up to the Dapl resturant to be told I had no reservation under my room number and no idea of the dinner package?! I had to purchase my own meal that night. The reception staff did rectify this issue the following day, compd me for my meal, advised me that they told all management about the package and invited me back to have the 2 course dinner for the last night of my stay. Returned to the resturant that night, again they had zero idea of the package but told me to order whatever I wanted instead. Next issue I had was with parking - I paid the 20 odd dollars for parking per night for the two nights. I get to the gate to exit and it slugs me $200! Couldn't reach anyone on the machine so had no choice but to pay for it - yet to hear back from the hotel in regards to refunding me that! Just a real mess of a stay. Would not recommend.
We had a wonderful stay at Amora Hotel Brisbane. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. Everything was smooth from check-in to check-out. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!
I stayed here recently with my partner for an occasion and i have to say I've never been to a more well managed, well staffed and well maintained hotel! Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff with excellent attention to detail and presentation.nnThe room we stayed in was tidy, spacious and had a magnificent view of the city and its close to public transport services making our time in Brisbane accessible without much hassle at all.nnThe food at the Dapl restaurant was some of the best food I've had at a hotel in a long time, no notes; just great locally made and inspired food and beverages.nnI'd absolutely stay here again the next time I'm in Brisbane and I'd implore others to do so as well, you won't be dissapointed!
