I've been going to Kirsty for a few years now since moving back and what can I say but SHE IS AMAZING! she exceeds my expectations everytime! She always seems to know exactly what I want to get done even when I dont! I'm always saying at the end of every appointment 'Omg is that my hair, I think this is my favorite one, I love this one the best'. Her talent for hairdressing is beyond words and I trust her with my hair 110%. I also love the atmosphere in the Salon, there's always alot of good banter and laughter going around. Sara is a amazing hairdresser. She is very friendly, professional, confident in her work and very talented. She has an amazing personality and is awesome to have a good chat with. She really listens to what you want and will explain anything to you if you don't understand. I have followed her round for nearly 8years and would never want someone else to touch my hair but her. I had a great experience at this vivo! The vibes on a Friday afternoon were super chill and friendly. Staff were attentive and I learnt more from my stylist Ana then any other stylist has ever taught me! And cherry on top  My hair looks amazing!! I had the best experience here! I was booked in with the lovely Paris. I wanted a big change to my hair and Paris did a fantastic job - better than I expected! I got full head highlights, toner and a blow wave. Definitely worth your money. I live in Opotiki and it's worth the drive! I have had a few past experiences with other salons that have made me wary of new places and stylists. From the moment I walked in to Vivo Mt Maunganui, I felt comfortable and relaxed. My stylist was Tyroan and he is a HAIR WIZARD!  I could not have been happier with the result. Exactly what I asked for, I was aware of everything & all charges before it was done and was given some amazing advice too! Thank you to Tyroan and the rest of the beautiful team at Vivo The Mount - you’re all so lovely and have wonderful energy, I cannot wait to come back! Very poor customer service. 7 minutes late due to torrential rain and no car parks. No wash, blow dry as I was told “my next client will be here any minute”. I didn’t realise appointments were 10 minutes apart. Rushed out the door in 10 minutes. Really not worth setting time aside in your day for. Go elsewhere!
