The hairdresser was amazing with my 2yo - & the cut came out incredible! First time he'd ever sat in the chair by himself too & he didn't make a fuss which means she did an awesome job! Absolutely 0 fault with her : The only reason it's not 5 stars is because on weekends all cuts are $37 - which I think is fine for adults but for a 2 year old? Probably not the best policy to include kids in that. I will be back again as I've always had good cuts for my son there but will have to come on weekdays instead for the child's price.Service: Kids' cuts
Absolutely rude and totally unprofessional. I booked a time for a haircut a week in advance due to personal time restrictions, and then confirming the apt 2 days before the apt. Upon entering I was told that there was an hour and a half wait for my booked apt as walk ins had been booked over my apt. Even though in big bold writing on the wall it states that bookings take priority. The lady working just would not change things. So I left as I didn’t have time to waste on incompetent people. I was later phoned by the manager to say that I will be charged for not turning up to my apt and I wasted their time as they were short staffed. Get your stories straight and sort your work out. Will not be returning.
Suzanne was very rude and impatient. Apparently the manager there. After walking around the mall for 30 mins, and just wanting to sit down and wait for the remaining 5 min she instructed me to walk around some more. My toddler wasn’t touching anything or being a problem at all. She didn’t ask the other waiting customers to leave. I really was so embarrassed. And would never go back there again. She obviously doesn’t enjoy her job. Such a shame. All the other branches have lovely staff members.
Today I had an incredible experience with the lovely Moari Girl sorry I forgot your name. Great consultation and nailed the job. Going from long hair to pixie hair gut. Thank you so much. All day I got showered with compliments about my new look x
I never go back again coz the lady there did my daughter hair cut on 23 /12 she was so so rude . I asked to cut my girl hair in style that I like then she told me that old lady style . She told me just TRIM HAIR will be good ON HER . Seriously!!!!!!! I pay for it she need to listen to me it's not another way around . So because of her rude action I let she did my girl hair and YoU KNOW WHAT ITS came out so disappointment. I have to take her home and trim it again . Oh dear unprofessionalService: Kids' cuts
Charging $37 for a childs haircut trim is disgusting considering thats the price for a complete restyle for ADULTS. Wont be returning now which is a shame because the kids loved comingService: Kids' cuts
I went there on my way home and I had the pleasure of having a young stylist by the name of Trina. Wow she was awesome , she listened and worked with me in finding out what I wanted and needed. She was on point with everything I walked out of there a very pleased customer. I will be back thanks Trina. Keep up the great work you will go farService: Hairstyling
Terrible haircut. Hairdresser was complaining about how bored she was because it was quiet and then spent just a couple of minutes giving me the most average haircut I’ve ever had so she could go back to waiting for another customer. Needed to get another hair cut a couple of weeks later, won’t be going back again that’s for sure.
Was rough on my hair and scalp, plus got product in my eyes during wash
