I recently got a qiqi done at Hair to Stare at, this was my first one as I originally booked a kerasilk which they no longer do. Samie was my stylist and I got the impression straight away she didn’t know what she was doing. Upon sitting down she didn’t ask me any questions just took me straight to the basin where the hairdresser next to us had to give her instructions on what to do, she was very rough with my hair and used cold water rather than hot. When she was applying the product she only applied mid length to ends when I googled that it should be applied scalp to ends. She also used the turquoise package which is for Afro hair mine is curly Caucasian hair she was very fast and continuously was dropping utensils. Throughout the whole time she never explained what she was doing or gave me any information. When I was paying she was suggesting I buy the matrix range of shampoo which confused me as I would assume the qiqi range would be better to maintain my hair. I felt very uncomfortable this whole time and did not want to voice my concerns however this cost me $500 for a service I do not believe was up to standard, very disappointing as I usually like going to Hair to Stare at.

I came here for a first time spray tan with these guys before a holiday to fiji. The spray tan technician sorry I forgot her name was brilliant. She chose out a suitable colour for me which was perfect, and was thorough with the application, also patient with me as I didn't know how to hold myself. She gave clear aftercare instructions and a card with when to wash the application off which is far better service than any other place I've been. For a great long lasting tan that didn't fade patchy I would happily recommend these guys!Service:&nbsp;Tanning

Great premises. Greeted on entry offered a drink. I had a lovely hairdresser that knew what she was doing. Very busy so booking ahead is a must. Very happy with the service

Nicky did a great job of my cut n color. She  kept checking i was happy with things and that she was doing as i wanted and was as i was expecting. Did real great job of doing curls too as my hair is straight . Had heaps of comments from strangers as i went about my day. vivienne

Amanda is an awesome hair technician.  My hair is complex as I attacked it myself with color and bleach would not let me near barbie dolls .. Amanda did an excellent job with my recolor and cut.

I had an absolutely fabulous hairdresser. My hair was admired by all. Also my makeup by Jade was great

Just came back from a wedding, absolutely amazing hair stylist. Emma was terrific, she remembered me from the start of the year which blew me away. She did my hair incredibly professionally, and exceptional service as she offered me a drink for the appointment. Left the place with a huge smile and feeling like a princess. Kyrah is amazing! She restyled my hair exactly how I wanted it and knew what it would great with. She took the time to explain to me why she was doing things the way she was, and was super friendly and chatty too. A really lovely experience, and I know who I'll be coming back to. Thanks chick! x
