I made my appointment Online after 9pm one evening. Hoping for a response sometime the following day. Richard responded almost immediately, & I was in for my first appointment at Envy the very next day & I will return. I was made to feel very welcome from Richard, who introduced himself with a firm handshake, & explained how my appointment with Elena was going to progress. Every staff member gave a welcoming smile if they caught eye contact with me, & never hesitated to enquire if they could get me anything while waiting. The towels & cape were nice & snug around my neckline, & changed for another dry one after being at basin. Elena enquired as to the pressure she applied at the basin was not too hard, which I have never had previously. Well done Elena & all the staff at ENVY ! ! ! The tea or coffee made me feel I was at a cafe, not a Hairdresser. WELL DONE !!

Great friendly and experienced team. Always walked away happy as Larry with my new cut and color. Great experience everytime. Would recommend to anyone.

Good local hair salon with a high level of service. For new clients they always follow up post appointment to make sure you are happy with everything. They make great tea and coffee as well.
