I normally like this place but tonight I had the worst customer service ever. Goth-looking lady saw me at the counter, motioned to me to come and sit down, then continued her conversation with her workmate without even saying hello to me. When she finally turned her attention on me (still without a hello) she sounded wholly uninterested and got lippy and condescending because I indicated with my fingers what length I wanted instead of being able to tell her what number clipper to use. She gave the distinct impression that she didn't want to be there and wasn't going to be interested in giving me a good cut (if she even could), so I left. Won't be coming back for a cut while she's there!
