I purchased my wedding dress Halterneck ivory lace dress, with underskirt and satin bolero here for my recent wedding. Not only was the dress buying visit a fantastic day out - I think I tried on every combination of wedding wear available in the shop with feedback from Vivien and the staff thanks lots! - but the dress itself looked incredible. I got lots of compliments on the day and it is beautiful in the photos. Additionally important to me! it was very comfortable and easy to wear. As a person on the shorter side a full length dress was not for me - this midi style was exactly what I'd always hoped for. Photos to come.

Brilliant staff who are friendly, attentive and very knowledgeable. Very welcoming and a great experience to shop here. Outstanding quality clothes which are great prices for London designed and made.

I love the style of vintage clothing but Vivien of Holloway's customer service is awful. They hardly ever reply to emails and even when they do they're rude. Due to the customer service I've refused to purchase anymore items.

My parcel came quickly and securely . I have ordered with Vivien of Holloway snd always happy with the products and service .

One of the best independent shops in North London, so nice to have a shop with a full range of clothes with personality and lots of excellent accessories. Super brilliant and glamorous staff too. More boutiques should be like this!

Absolutely amazing for anyone who loves vintage 40's 50's clothes. Went to get my alternative wedding dress and came out with my dream dress along with a few extras, the girls in the shop are really helpful and know exactly how to style the dresses etc will definitely paying a visit next time I'm down in London can't recommend it enough

This review is about ordering online at Vivien of holloway. I ordered two pieces, the quality is okay. Nothing special, nothing bad. The fitting is good, rather tight, but I like it that way. Why I only give 1 star: They don't publish reviews on their website, unless they say that the clothing is wonderful. I wrote two reviews and never was contacted about them. On the website it says "write a review and get 10% off of your next order", that's a straight up lie. No wonder there are no reviews on the website.  I don't care about the 10% off, but I hate it when companies only publish what suits them instead of taking criticism and learning from customers reviews.

What a fantastic shop! The staff are always warm and welcoming. If something isn't working, they find alternatives for you. For vintage clothing lovers, this is the place for you!
