Excellent customer service. Shaun was patient, conversational and had great product knowledge. Macpac has the best range of items of any of the outdoor stores in the area and very competitive prices. Highly recommended.

Had a 5-6 year old macpac backpack, zipper broke. Walked into store, exchanged for new bag under lifetime warranty. Out with new bag in 10 minutes. Best ever warranty experience ever! No fuss, no small fonts, no tricks. Just honesty. Very impressed. Thank you!

Second time I've been to this store, Hayden was the best. Very informative and gave us all the pros and cons. He was also really friendly. Go see him to get the best service and advice.
