I had a great experience at Officeworks thanks to Zak. He was extremely helpful, friendly and professional throughout the whole process. Zak went out of his way to make sure I was looked after and was more than happy to answer all my questions. His customer service was excellent and he made the whole experience really easy. Officeworks is lucky to have someone like Zak on the team. Highly recommend!
Seems like you can't call this store to ask a question about whether there is really anything in stock for 'limited availability' items, redirected to only more phone menus.nNot wasting a trip if someone can't tell me whether you have an item in the shelf.nGet over yourselves and allow someone to speak to a human over the phone.
Staff are usually friendly, but this store is severely understaffed. There’s no number system at the service desk, so you’re forced to stand and wait instead of shopping — I waited nearly 20 minutes, which is .nnToo many junior/young staff members, If you employ younger staff and understandably everyone need a job, you need higher numbers until the abily to work faster understanding customer time feames — otherwise service grinds to a halt feels like when your time is limited.nnStaff are only trained in one single area, so they can’t help across the store. You need to give proper PD and cross-training so everyone can do more than one role — just like not many teacher's only teaches one subject. More training, better ratios, better service needed.
When I went here today I asked someone to help me with the computers and they said they would be a minute they would just finish up with their customer and would come to me , I waited half an hour and no body helped me . The staff are always talking to each other and never helping customers. My daughter was wanting to find something but everything was out of stock and the staff had no clue what was going on with it.I went to go check out and the person was rude to me with a bad attitude and was just a total Karen to me . I do not want to come back here after today’s experience
Just need to say how wonderful two particular staff members were today, Saturday 4th April 2026, a young Phillipino girl and a young long-haired, fair-haired guy sorry, didn’t look at their name tags, can’t remember their names!, who were very helpful with me loading my photos to be printed. Absolutely lovely old-fashioned professional service, I gotta applaud them! Thank you!
