Your one stop shop for all things photography. They have a huge range of items and all at competitive prices. Only tricky part is parking. All residential parking makes it sometime hard to get a spot. But we'll work the trip. And if you can't I have bought stuff online and service is equally great.

POOR PROCESSES = NEGLIGENCE. I'd rather given no stars at all. This has been the worst online purchase experience of my life. When you order online they don't send you tracking information. After the purchase they don't bother to reply to their "ticket" system. Instead I have to call them. Even then there is no sense of urgency on their part and why would they? They already have my money! Dear Mr White, The challenge is with YOUR processes not your freight contractor. Your company did not provide a tracking number for the order. This is a standard practice for online sales globally. With a tracking number the problem could have been addressed sooner. I would not have had to call your staff that were not replying to your "ticket" system (which uses non-Australian date & time). Poor processes are a subset of negligence. Vanbar has a great range of quality products and the staff are extremely knowledgeable, experienced and friendly. Can highly recommend them.

Huge range of products on display and in stock. No waiting for something to be shipped in! Prices are reasonable and staff are helpful.
