I took my new Mac book 2016 model which was bought 3 days ago.
I got some problem while updating it to new OS.
The guy in the store asked to pay $89 for re-installing the OS.
Then I called apple customer support & they have guided me to try through recovery mode which worked fine now.
These guys are simply knowledge less persons & simply trying to eat the customers money.
Even I think They might do the same.

Not recommended at all.

Fantastic service from My Byte, easily one of the most pleasant interactions with a retail store. Took my laptop that was suffering from delamination, and was told that it's covered by Apple even though the machine was out of warranty. There was a service fee to inspect the machine, which is fair as it's over 3 years old. I was told the following day that the new part has been ordered and the repair will be completed within 3-5 business days, however they managed to repair it in under 2 days. Highly professional team that are extremely friendly and helpful. Shoutouts to Jonathan for his great service. Highly recommended.

Skip the apple store and just go here. Quick and efficient turn around. They were able to diagnose, order the parts, install the parts and test before I would have been able to get into the genius bar.
