I just got my nails done here! So very last minute I just called 20 minutes before I got there. I was so pleased they were able to take me in short notice. Two lady’s did my nails the First Lady shaped, buffed and painted. The second lady did the design I showed her an inspiration photo to base my nails off she did them a bit different but mentioned that from the beginning I paid and went in not knowing what to expect but she freehanded the design and she did such an exceptional job. She also happily took these photos for me! I paid $73 for the gel manicure and design I would definitely recommend this nail salon:Services:&nbsp;Pedicure

Very dissappointed! I had heard this was a good place to come and read the reviews, so I thought I would try.  I booked an appointment for Saturday morning and all went well.  I had a trainee but seemed she had done a good job.  But by Thursday the polish started to lift on a few fingers but one in particular was really bad.  I went in for a quick fix that night, and the lady repainted over the nails rather than take the polish off and start again.  Weird I thought but okay.  Saturday morning rolls around and while shopping, I notice that the nail that was "fixed", the polish had completely popped off!!!  Looking closely now I see that others are lifting at the bottom as well.   Had these done for a Christmas party.  Not impressed at all.

I've been to this Salon twice now after being recommended high by others. However, both my experiences were horrible. My first experience, I had a trainee but her shaping was not very nice so a more experienced lady took over and the nails turned out well. I was sitting there for over an hour waiting for the experienced lady to come and finish my nails though.  Today i went in and asked for almond shaped french tips and showed them a picture. The male who did my nails did not listen and started shaping into square then gave me over to a lady who i questioned about the shape. The male then said he cut the acrylic too short to be able to do almond and that if I did almond it wouldn't look nice. I asked him to reshape anyway as square was not what I wanted and he was very aggressive pulling my arms and filing my nails extremely roughly. He filed my skin quite a bit to the point where I can't even use hand sanitize because it burns. I flinched about 3 times and he just ignored me - no apologies or anything. In the end you could see fluff in the acrylic nail and the nails were all uneven and shaped poorly. Extremely rude and poor customer service.  Would NOT recommend at all.Service:&nbsp;French manicures

They’re quiet during the mornings but then come late afternoon and evenings they’re full on! I had a lovely lady named Pearl do my Gel pedicure and she is AMAZING!! If you have the time then she is definitely worth the money. She does a beautiful job with the cuticle cleaning, foot scrub, foot scrape, massage and shaping the nails. She pays a lot of attention to the job she is doing and I left the place with feet super smooth and toes glistening lol. I selected the option that cost $58 and then an extra $5 to remove the gel polish I already had on.Service:&nbsp;Pedicure

It wasn't just about the treatment  what blew me away was their customer service. Went Xmas eve with a booking that was delayed, understandable as they were flat out, the staff offered a cold drink to all of the waiting customers. Pearl was the best, took a lot of care and was very friendly. Will definitely recommend and return.

So happy with this place, the acrylic technician paid so much attention to each nail in each step he was doing. They fit me only called an hour before hand. and they were patient with me because I changed my mind on colors but they weren't annoyed at all. I felt so well taken care of and normally I go to one of the cheaper nail places and feel like just a quicky, but at Vina's I felt good about myself at the end because they cared. 100% worth the $90 for the treatment and better experienceServices:&nbsp;Acrylic nails

I took my friend to get her lashes done cause this was the only place that was taking last minute bookings. After 2 days of wearing her lashes something grew next to her eye. I highly recommend not getting your lashes done here.Service:&nbsp;Eyelash extensions

Not happy.  I was there today over 3 hours and they kept bumping new customers coming through the door before me.  I asked asked for gel and got regular nail polish, extremely slow too.  Would recommend elsewhere.

I have been a customer here for several years. Unfortunately a pedicure last week left me with a toe infection on my big toe. I went to the doctor who confirmed it was not due to an ingrown nail especially as I had no symptoms beforehand. I went back to the salon to show them what had happened and the manager continuously squeezed my infected toe even when I asked him not to as he said he “had to so he could see where it is” and started listing off all the reasons why it was my fault. Another  employee told me “it’s ok you will feel better in a few days” I felt absolutely violated and humiliated and left in tears.Service:&nbsp;Pedicure
