Got the keratin treatment by this lovely Indian lady Dilnie - she likes to take her time so if you're in no rush then sit back and enjoy! Otherwise definitely go for the Asian chick with the purple hair - she's sweet and works at a faster pace. I have very thick long hair so there was some amazing team work going on straightening it between the two. Took roughly 2-3 hours, which is normal considering what needed to be done in the process. I would recommend looking at their specials when available as I did. In total mine was $100 - doesn't include keratin shampoo/conditioner. This you will need to pay separately if you want to maintain that hair. They book out fast! so if you see a good deal, book it! Definitely coming back here again!

The best salon I have been to ever, With friendly staff, along with the great atmosphere, makes for a unforgettable experience. I definitely recommend to future client's. I am so happy with the service I got today....As for my Hair, I love the final results. Thank you again. Merry Xmas to you all.

Customer service was awesome no complaints about that the ladys were all lovely. I really dont think the keratin is as amazing as they say it is. I left keratin in my hair for 4days before washing out my hair, still my hair is really frizzy only good thing i could say is that i now spend 1hr straighteing instead of 2hrs. Very disappointed as i had expected to at least have straight hair for 3mnths as advertised .

What a mistake !!! I did keratin treatment on my hair at FMK salon My hair was very damaged and burnt on the top of my hair after the treatment . I spoke to the manager and I was told that hot iron after the treatment has broke off my hair and seems having a short hair cut is my only way out!!! I have had to spend lots of money to remove the frizz of my hair. the manager was very rude and she didn’t take any responsibilities .very poor service ... The damage and burnt on my hair was as a result of the irons being too hot by a very young staff . I wont return and I would no longer recommend this salon.
