Asked for a trim and had 5 inches taken off and terrible layers put in. Requested a refund and was ignored. Went back into the salon and stylist attempted to issue a trespass notice. Absolutely no accountability and no apology. Very disappointing. I finally got a refund but would have been happy with an apology. Avoid at all costs. Funny to see that all positive reveiws have been done in the past week, likely by friends. Very dishonest.

Lisa is absolutely amazing. She always delivers and never disappoints I have always walked out happy with everything she has done . Would highly recommend
