I had a keratin straightening treatment this morning at Kess Onehunga and I can not fault the service. All the staff were friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable, and professional. They did a fantastic job on my hair which now looks and feels amazing, and helped me find after care products to suit my needs and budget.Service:&nbsp;Hairstyling

I got henna brows & my eyelashes tinted. I was greeted by a lovely warm smile from Shilpa.I was really impressed by her wonderful customer service, due to short staffing she was the only one on but didn't show any stress & was lovely to all customers.She gave me honest advice of which colour shade to use for henna. She constantly checked to make sure I was comfortable.She also made sure I was happy with the shape of my brows. She was so gentle with my eyelashes during the removal of the tint. I have been trying to book for a haircut for quite some time with KESS but I have been having difficulty doing it over the phone. They have recently made it very convenient by being able to make an appointment through their website. I came for my appointment and was taken care of immediately and the lovely Michelle readily gave me hair care advice as soon as I sat down the chair. Great service and highly recommended! I was dubious about entering the discounted hair salon, however needed to fix some damaged hair in time for an event. I ended up having the best experience with a perfect curl finish. I have finally found my new favourite local salon, i used vivo for the last couple of years & have not been happy with the end result. I have finally found an amazing team that has left me leaving the store 100% satisfied everytime i visit. KESS DRESS MARKET, ONEHUNGA!! YOU DONE IT AGAIN!!  I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! I don’t trust any other beauty salon with my eyebrows unless they’re in the hands of shimpa!!! Michelle always gives me 5star treatment, services I'm rating and have had done over the last year are full head foils, haircut and style, keratin straightening treatment. Definitely recommend. Photo is of latest service 3days ago foils and cut.

I have been coming here for a few years now and I am never ever disappointed. I see the same beautiful lady every time and she always blows me away with how well she does my eyebrows, chin and upper lip. I am always complimented on how beautifully groomed my eyebrows look by my partner and work colleagues. It is extremely worth the trip out to Onehunga if you don’t live locally. Had a great experience thanks to Shilpa. After many years of Eyebrow threading, tinting and eyelash tinting, she was very professional and did a great job. The first time ever anyone has asked how my eyes are during tinting, which can cause some discomfort. Although working on her own she was still calm, friendly and made conversation while you were waiting. If I didn’t live so far away, I would be a regular!Service:&nbsp;Eyebrow threading
