Pic the movie you want, at the time you want. Get the app, and do it all online. You can unwind beforehand and have pre-show drinks and nibbles in the exclusive Gold-class lounge. You can watch a 3D arty/moving clock thingy with a girl and a hammer. Then relax and kick back on the electric reclining chairs for a comfortable viewing experience. You'll continue to get spoilt as they bring you food & drink at the time and place you want. There is even a "call" button should you want extras! Highly recommended.

As far as a Gold Class cinema goes, I do love the Village Roadshow Jam Factory cinemas more than many others. My experience last night watching Cruella was good for service and following COVID protocols. The chairs reclined comfortably and the food was delicious, despite being well overpriced and small portions. My issue was that they didn’t know where to put food so I ended up carrying it and they didn’t put the wine in the hole on the table. I later forgot there was a hole in the table and lost a full glass of wine as a result. But it was still a good experience.

Had to go and get change for them cause they couldn't take a fifty. Waiters constantly stopping at the people in front of me with light up EFTPOS machine and blocking parts of the screen. Happened about ten times. Needs to be designed much better and staff need to be prepared

Really good. Nice atmosphere, quality seating and efficient staff. Shame the food is below par and darned expensive for what you get.

Great service, especially inside the movie theatre, lovely staff. Audio and visual quality was pretty good but the atmosphere was very lacking in the waiting area.

Tired, dirty seat and $27 dollars for some cold nachos.  We used to go to the Jam Factory GC quite regularly pre-covid. first time back after 2 years and it was very underwhelming experience.  First of all the Premium service is gone, then the seat were still dirty with popcorn. We spend $200 to get served cold nachos TWICE 15 min before the movie ended it was meant to be halfway.  You wonder why Piracy is all time high nowadays.

Thanks to the wonderful staff and management for assiting us with disabilty access when the lift wasnt working 9th May. There empathy and kindness went above and beyond. Thanks Jam Factory Gold Class staff. Makes what can be a challenging outing so much easier and leaves us wanting to return

My first impression was "Wow!".  It was an amazing experience on my initial restaurant/licenced bar visit.  It is very rare that I ever visit such an establishment and choose to feel comfortable spending money on a variety of scrumptious/appetizing foods and premium drinks.  I was offered my meals and drinks in the restaurant dining area ahead of the film.  Unfinished meals were taken into the theater room with the assistance of a floor crew member.  There was a warm ambient atmosphere inside.  I had the opportunity of allocating new foods and drinks during the course of the film.  The reclining seats were wonderful. To get a better picture of comparing foods/drinks from the candy bar with the Gold Class restaurant/bar, I will need to probably visit a few more times in both areas.  The menu is readily available online.  Service at the Gold Class is absolutely high class.  I can't wait to return soon.

Went to gold class and had a great experience. Friendly staff and prompt service. Got the russian bear loaded shake, really delicious! Highly recommend the cheesecake on the dessert menu too. Thank you!!
