It is such a great venue and the owners were great to deal with through both the booking process and on the day. The cinema is really comfy and the sound quality just amazing.
Been here many times as an event photographer and to attend film screenings. Excellent venue, decor and location - except trickier to find parking more recently. Good bar and cool retro film decorations and posters throughout. Comfy seating for cinema room.
Though small, it's cozy. The seats are absolutely comfortable can't expect more. The screening and sound befits the size of the theatre.
I love Backlot Studios what an amazing night raising awareness for Odyssey House and the speakers were incredible. It just reinforces the mantra that people are high on hate and continue to judge others without any idea whatsoever of what lies behind the human struggle! Great venue!
Really enjoyed our organisation's movie night here. Great pre movie drinks area with some good finger food. Comfortable cinema with giant arm chair seats. Looking forward to our next event here.
I liked the bar area and the main cinema is big and the seats are very comfortable.
Near to my house, good theatre and comfortable seating.
The Backlot Studios is one of my favourite places in Melbourne. Peaceful and beautiful. They show a range of movies you wouldn't find in your local chain cinema. 10/10 service and scenery
