I recently purchased a Volvo from Viking truck, the process was quick and easy. We arranged to have the truck picked up by a freight company and delivered to NSW. I dealt with Lauren she was very professional and helpful. Would highly recommend.
Worse dealer ever faced in my life. I am glad that you managed to get time to return on my post rather you should have reply my email which you guys never did. I know bad reviews hearts but sorry I had no choice left with. That’s my opinion on the way I got treated and will not do any further business. You feel free to spend time with your good customers and I am sure they will be good until they don’t question you. Good luck
Worst customer service, you pay big dollars, they will leave your truck in carpark with keys and papers , wouldn't bother to wait for the customer to hand over the keys even it's 2 hours earlier than there closing time . On top of that, they would change parts too. There gonna be differences , what you see and whT you get after two weeks. Dodgy Volvo service records , for the service which never done . Be careful guys
I am the owner of this business and am more then happy to accept any enquiry from you if you are not happy with your purchase. We always try to do our best for our customers and this is obvious given the amount of happy return customers we have..if you are not willing to contact me direct then please fell free to go elsewhere for your purchase and dont waste your time calling us so we can look after our good customers properly....please understand though we sell used trucks and there will be some issues from time to time that we simply cannot foresee...I would always recommend an independant inspection on any of our trucks prior to purchase...

Not easy to dealing with this dealership if they agreed you something must get in writing otherwise they turn as you walk out of driveway. Not happy not coming back Better to buy new truck
My friend bought a truck from them they played with him, truck is creating some problems and they don’t want to fix
