Jamie and the gangs looked after me very well. They were amazing! Very direct and great with costs and honest with me. I would recommend them to anyone. Sadly my car is now written off but they were amazing when it had to be left there to be assessed. Thanks Guys!
We were on holidays, our car broke down on a Sunday the day before we had to go home. On recommendation from RACQ, we took our car to staggs. We were advised to call them on the monday morning. We explained we were due to go home that day. They had the car fixed in less than 3 hours. Excellent customer service. Highly recommend.
First time using Staggs. Awful experience. Way too over priced. I paid $681.50 for just a service no other work done. I normally pay $250 with my normal mechanic who was fully booked. Also very unprofessional work place. I arrived to drop my car off and there were a bunch of young workers revving a commodore and leaving doing a burnout when leaving. Not how I would want them to treat my car. I left feeling as if I had been ripped off saying I will not come back. Their response was suit yourself. Would not recommend and will not be going back. Very disappointed.
I was recommended Stagg Automotive by a local mobile mechanic that wouldn't touch my renault traffic work van, I couldn't have been happier with their work and i have no hesitation in recommending them to others that need to get back on road.nThank you Stagg Automotive
190$ per hour!!!!!,nThat's professional Dental, Architect & Engineers fees, it's not rocket science. I should have asked what their hourly rate was before I had a regular service done and I would have walked away. There were a lot of young apprentices working there and what's their hourly rate? I'll be be finding a garage that has respectable rates next time.
