Reviews

Steve and the team are fantastic. They consistently get the job done right, provide excellent service, and are always easy to communicate with. We currently have two vehicles serviced by them and have been extremely happy with the experience. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy and reliable mechanic.

Following positive advice from a previous owner of our 2019 V6 Amarok crew cab we arranged for a 75k service & rocker cover etc replacement to be completed by Coolum Motors. We were happy to travel the 1490 klms from home to have the maintenance completed. The work was completed in a timely manner & we were impressed with the overall price. We’ll be returning for our 90k service next year : what a Team !!

Steve and the team absolutely went above and beyond. A late Thursday afternoon call to the workshop when my car started playing up towards the end of my 700km trip. Steve told me they would do what they could if I could make it in. I rattled and smoked my way down the Bruce Highway and eventually pulled in just before 5. Steve and the team did everything they could to make sure my car was ready for my trip back in 3 days. Outstanding service. 1000% recommend.

Can't praise these guys enough.nnAfter owning a fairly new Amarok for 3 months I had a DPF pressure sensor error code show up after I got bogged with a trailer and had to give it the boot.nnI took it to a local shop that I used once for a service.nThey stated it would need a retune as the tuners CRD Tech allegedly didn't do the tunr properly.nThey stated it would cost $1000 and they could do it within the hour.nThat sounded very bizzare to me.nnThe previous owner hooked me up with CRD Techs details.nLong story short the local shop was taking me for a ride.nCoolum Motors/CRD Tech ordered me a new DPF sensor which was half the price of everywhere else, it arrived the next day.nJust chucked it in and problem solved.nnMy family isn't in a great place financially and these guyss did a huge solid through their honesty.nnI'll be using them for everything from now on.nnThe tune they did makes this Amarok run like a beast too.

I just moved to the area and wanted to fine a new mechanic to look after my VW Golf. They are amazing. The reviews are true and they are friendly, helpful and honest. A+
