Had a very mixed experience. They were very nice in person, super polite, responded to all emails. Then when it came to actual accounting work, it was impossible to get hold of Coolum Coastal Accountants. After 2 months requesting for a Pty Ltd to be opened and a similar experience with my personal income tax, I gave up and went with a different option. In my last email, I tried to give them a last chance since the first impression was so good, but didn't even bother to message me back or apologise. Do not recommend it.

I submitted my tax with Coolum accountants last year in August. Stacey the senior gave me terrible advice that the ATO didn't agree with. That was ok. However my taxes still haven't been sorted for FY20 it is now July 2021, almost a year later. Even though I have paid Stacey, she ignores my emails and calls when I ask what is going on. The worst customer service I have ever experienced. I highly discourage anyone from using this business. Stacey when are you going to contact me and get this sorted?

My experience with Coolum Accountants started off well but then it became very difficult and slow to communicate with them or get an answer.

Coolum Accountants are great for small to mid size businesses like myself. Rowena and the team are so helpful, approachable and proficient.
