1. They do not answer their phone. 2. One person that works here is extremely rude and unhelpful and has been on multiple occasions. Other staff appear very friendly/helpful but everytime I think I'm going to get served by one of them... BAM JUST MY LUCK. This person comes out of nowhere and I have to deal with their terrible attitude. I'm so sorry to inconvenience you by picking up a parcel or sending mail.

Doesn't have a problem with giving my mail to people who live at my address, or people who are unverified family members. Refused to let a friend receive a package with a signed letter and proof of ID. Confusing and worrying.

Read some scathing reviews of this PO...don't get it or them(the reviews) I have returned to Coolum having lived here for 7 years prior to moving to the Outback for 8 years .Always found staff efficient and helpful,before and since. If they don't answer the phone...have you never seen the queue to the door ?
