We stayed there to celebrate my son's 7 birthday. The location is great for Luna Park and the view is stunning, while the windows are a bit dirty but I guess with the road construction onsite it's hard to keep them sparkling clean. The burger and sandwich for room service were good. We even saw sunrise the next morning.nnStaff were very friendly and helpful, overall service was great. We had a great time. The bathroom is a little small but the Dyson hairdryer was the luxury for the stay.
Fairly priced. Clean. Beautiful buffet breakfast with a large range. Good cocktails at the bar. Delicious dessert. Only downside was the water pressure in hotel room. If that was better would happily give a 5 star review and maybe the car park price. I feel if you pay for accommodation car parking should be included. Overall great time at View Sydney.
Understand what you are booking with this one.nIt is a hotel that seems to cater primarily to business travellers. Which is not a problem but if you are used to luxury or family friendly places then be aware of this.nI booked this for myself and my wife as a one night getaway. We had activities booked in the CBD and it was great to be close to those without the much larger expense of the luxury city hotels. But we still had a fantastic view of the harbour.nNothing to fault the hotel about. Nice and clean, quiet and had the features you need.nWe especially enjoyed the breakfast buffet.nThe staff were very helpful when asked questions about things.nWould recommend it for a short stay, for business and for location and views.
Loved the view from the room! The service was great, a special thank you to Daniel at reception for looking after us. The buffet breakfast was delicious and the service by Alex in the restaurant was spot on. Great location and so close to transport and only a few minutes walk down to the water.nThank you for making our stay in Sydney amazing.
Oh, we had a great time at this place, the VIEW is amazing!! It felt like a dream or art when I saw outside first thing in the morning. So beautiful! And location was very convenient two blocks from North Sydney station. It wasn’t very modern but so comfy. Loved it. Just F&B can improve a lot.
