Beautiful view, level 19. Gorgeous dining experience and relaxing happy hour drinks. Service was exceptional from checking in at reception to assistance with exiting hotel parking on departure. Just loved our stay and how easy it was to navigate our way around North Sydney city and public transport over the bridge to the Quay was amazing. Would highly recommend staying here even if you are planning activities in the city as it is definitely a great option.
I stayed at this hotel for three nights, and unfortunately, the experience was plagued with issues.n• Cleanliness & Communication Failures: Upon check-in, I found the duvet to be very dirty. On the second day, I requested cleaning at 4:00 PM and was told it was too late, which I accepted. However, on the third morning, I specifically requested a room cleaning from a female staff member at the front desk. Despite her confirming the request and noting my room number, I returned in the evening to find the room uncleaned—the trash wasn't emptied, and the only thing changed were the towels. When I followed up, I was told there is no cleaning service on public holidays. If this is the policy, why didn't the staff member inform me in the morning? This lack of communication forced me to endure a dirty room and duvet for an extra night.n• Resolution: I would like to thank an older gentleman and a young male staff member who later took the initiative to provide a solution by moving us to a different room. Their help was the only reason we didn't have to spend another night in a room with a dirty duvet and uncollected trash.n• Operational Issues: On the final morning, breakfast took over 30 minutes to arrive. Furthermore, the new room key provided to us failed to work, forcing me to head back down to the lobby once again to resolve the issue.nConclusion: While most of the staff members were polite and genuinely tried to be helpful, the overall management and internal communication were quite poor. It was a very frustrating stay despite the friendly attitude of the team.
Walked in at Citadine's Bar Lettera for an apéro one Sunday afternoon a few weeks ago. Front desk staff Yohan and Jason greeted us, they were cordial and professional. Bar Lettera's staff were top-tier in their service and professionalism. Food and drinks menu's got plenty of delish options. We had the Saison's Black Truffle Squid Ink Salami, Crispy Chips, Milo Tiramisu, cocktails, long black and we were satisfied with everything. Great place and great staff for a some good quality food and drinks.
Just checked out from a work stay along with others who were there for up to 3 weeks and although a pleasant experience, unfortunately the air conditioning in the rooms isn’t working like it should. My room was 24 degrees regardless of the preferred temperature setting. And others had the same experience. Never been in a sweat soaked bed like I was last night. I hope these issues get fixed soon.
I had an amazing experience! The location was perfect—close to everything I needed. The room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained, making it a great place to relax. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. Highly recommended!
