Comfortable & clean unit. Professional, helpful and friendly staff. Location is next to Victoria Cross Metro, walking distance to Woolworths and Greenwood Plaza for groceries. Quiet neighbourhood with several bus stops nearby.nnApartment hotel feels safe as need to use access card to enter lift and also the main entrance after 11 pm. There’s a laundry room at the basement floor and a gym with sauna next to the reception area.nnUnit is equipped with cooking equipment and utensils. We didn’t need a room with a view as we were only there to sleep and spent the day outdoors. Unit was quiet which is great as we could get a good rest every night.nnHighly recommended for a quiet place to stay that’s next to the metro and no hassle when need to check-in. Professional staff too.
Stayed here for a week. Located next to victoria cross metro it great to get around.nRooms are great with top facilities.nThe staff are amazing nothing is too much trouble.nBig shout out to Dan who greeted us on our arrival and made us feel welcome.nWould definitely recommend
The location is quite convenient at north sydney, and the staff are friendly and willing to help. However, the cleanliness of the room needs improvement. On the second day, when we returned from going out and opened the door, we found a large fly flying around in the living room. It was not there the night before. I don’t understand why it appeared after the room was cleaned during the day. It's worth paying attention to the cleanliness.
I have stayed here multiple times since they opened and witnessed this place slowly crumble. From flooded showers, no WIFI even after staff have “fixed it”. Zero phone reception anywhere in the rooms, floors don’t get vacuumed between guest stays, splatter marks down the walls, food stained tea towels, all emailed to management with photos and got a response “thanks for flagging it with us we have a new house keeping team”. No compensation offered even as a regular after 5+ years of staying here. Why am I paying top dollar when I am constantly seeing reception to highlight basic hotel services not up to standard.nTime for a change in management.nnHighly recommend staying at the Vibe Hotel just down the street, much better service, stunning rooms, cheaper & they offer complimentary late check out and a free wine.
Stayed here for a few nights and found the accommodation to be very comfortable - very clean, modern, easy parking. Location was good if you need to be north Sydney based. Parking expensive but so is all parking.nnWanted to give a shout out to Clover at reception. She was so helpful and so lovely and went above to provide recommendations and helpful assistance. Would definitely stay again.
