Our stay at the Quest North Sydney is always a lovely getaway. The rooms are clean, comfy and nice. In particular we are giving the reception staff a huge shout out that was rostered on 31/5 afternoon/night. Great with recommendations and just gave off such a nice and welcoming vibe. We can’t recommend this hotel enough.
My family and I had to stay at Quest North Sydney for a week as our house was undergoing renovations. Josh the franchise manager understood the situation and got us a room on a few hours notice. The rooms our spacious for a family of 4 and the self contained kitchen was helpful with kids. They are cleaned well regularly and the reception team are very friendly. Parking is convenient. We specially enjoyed the steam and sauna facilities after a hard day of work to relax and found them very clean. We will definitely be back as it felt like home away from home.
I’d like to commend Daniel at Quest North Sydney for the excellent support he provided during our stay. He was consistently helpful, approachable, and made sure any questions or needs we had were taken care of quickly and efficiently. His calm and professional manner made our experience smooth and comfortable. We truly appreciated his assistance and would be happy to stay again based on the great service we received.
Amazing experience. Dedicated and warm team, top notch facilities, room cleanliness was immaculate and room was modern and enjoyable. Plus having kitchen amenities was a huge +. Location very convenient. Would highly rate this hotel and will definitely return. Thanks Quest team
Clean, calm, large well equipped rooms. Very kind and attentive staff.nThe room are well insulated and the hotel is in a very convenient location with a lot of food options around.nAlthough there is no breakfast available at the hotel there is a cafe just next door on the ground floor.nI will surely consider this hotel next time I’m visiting Sydney
