Stayed in a 1-BR Balcony Suite for a week in April 2025. It's worth paying the little extra expense for the Balcony view of the Harbour and Opera House. Glass doors are doubled glazed so there was hardly any traffic noise from the highway.nnIMO, the room layout was well thought out. Spacious and super clean. I especially liked the big refrigerator very rare in most serv. apts, as I got to stock up on lots of groceries and ice cream. The washing machine and dryer were top notch - the enclosed cupboard was a nice touch as it meant washer/dryer hardly bothered anyone's sleep. Almost everything you need for cooking is provided for.nnMy mother is very fastidious about cleanliness and she had no complaints. Even when the housekeepers took my own personal towel by mistake, management were quick to own up to their oversight.nnLocation is great too. Not in the city per se yet at the center of everything, Opera House, Circular Q., Taronga Zoo. And I highly recommend shopping for groceries at Coles Crows Nest 5 mins away and trying out the super awesome Maggios bakery at Cammeray.nnService overall was great. Everyone was super professional and nice, Neil, Ashmita. Especially big shout out to Ginny Dao even though I had to wait until 3PM for checkin, they did try their best but Meriton N.Sydney is always running full.nnOverall, a very pleasant stay.
Stayed here in a two bedroom apartment for a few days in April 2025. The room was slightly sterile with everything grey and white and no real warm feeling. But everything else was great including the very helpful staff, indoor swimming pool and gym. It even has a sauna which was enjoyable after a swim.
I stayed a week for work in a one bedroom apartment. From the moment I arrived, the staff could not do enough to accommodate my requests and I had one of the best stays I have had for years. I needed to be able to cook my own meals, and I felt like I had a home away from home. The facilities in the room were fantastic. The hotel amenities brilliant including the gym. The location excellent, surrounding supermarkets, chemist, cafes great. This will be my go to for work visits. Again, the staff were excellent!!!! Melinda
Recently had a three night stay with my mum to celebrate a milestone birthday. On arrival to our room, there was a card and complimentary bottle of wine to mark the occasion. We were on the 21st floor in a harbour view room, and the view was spectacular. The room itself was well appointed and has everything we could need. We had the one bedroom and requested the set up be two single beds. This was a little tight but still manageable. All the staff we encountered were friendly, helpful and accomodating. Found the location perfect for exploring Sydney, train station very close by and it was so easy to get around. Kirribly village was a lovely surprise. I would definitely stay again
My husband and I stayed here for two nights during our honeymoon in December 2024, and we absolutely loved our experience. We were amazed by how spacious and well-designed the room was, making our stay even more comfortable. To our surprise, we received a complimentary room upgrade, along with a bottle of champagne and a handwritten card waiting for us in our room—a thoughtful and personal touch that made us feel truly special.nnThe staff were incredibly accommodating, allowing us to securely store our luggage for a few hours before check-in. They even brought up a luggage scale to help us check our baggage weight before heading to the airport, which we really appreciated. The room was equipped with a fully functional kitchen, as well as a washer and dryer, allowing us to do our laundry at no extra cost—an incredibly convenient feature.nnThey also provided laundry detergent, which was a thoughtful addition. One thing that really stood out was the excellent soundproofing. While walking down the hallway, we could hear our next-door neighbors celebrating a birthday, but once inside our room, we couldn’t hear a thing—despite being right next to them!nnOverall, our stay was fantastic, and we would definitely return in the future!
