stayed for 3nights with a friend for holidaynwe got an apartment with a great view and our stay was very well taken care of all thanks to Rita @ the front desk.nThe apartments are very well equipped and super comfortable.nHighly recommend for the price you are paying.
Stayed here with my sister and her children for 3 days. The room was spacious, bedding extremely comfortable, fairly well equipped kitchen had to request a toaster and suggest to add microwavable containers, washer, dryer and a fantastic harbour view. Unfortunately for the price of the suite, we expected it to be a little cleaner. The waterfall part of kitchen bench was quite dirty, toilets had urine around the outside, around bath and fridge was months of built up dust, balcony glass covered in mould and cobwebs understand the outer glass maybe a safety issue for staff, grime on doors.nStaff were friendly but we did have difficulty understanding the young lady on arrival regarding parking, house keeping and how to use room card for access.nThe facilities are lovely, kids loved them but very little to no ventilation in pool/spa area.nGreat cafes and restaurants within walking distance as is Luna Park. Chemists, supermarkets and shopping all close by.nYes, a lot of road works but with the double doors, we did not hear a thing, it is just a pain with detours but this is out of the motel's control.nCar park is a nightmare but we were able to get park each day.nAll in all, we all slept well, loved the view and it was a comfortable stay
I recently stayed at this hotel, and while the facilities themselves were quite nice, I was disappointed by the reception team. The hotel offers clean, comfortable rooms and a good range of amenities that made my stay pleasant from a purely physical standpoint. However, the experience was marred by the reception staff, who were not very friendly or welcoming.nnFrom the moment I checked in, I felt like more of an inconvenience than a guest. The staff seemed disinterested in assisting me and lacked the warm hospitality you’d expect from a hotel. Simple requests were met with curt responses, and I often felt like I was imposing on them. It's a shame because this hotel has a lot of potential, but the attitude of the reception team definitely needs improvement.nnOverall, if you’re looking for a place with decent rooms and good facilities, this hotel might suit your needs. However, be prepared for a less-than-pleasant interaction with the front desk staff.
This hotel was beautiful and located right near the train for easy access around the city. Washer and dryer in the room came in very handy for a lengthy stay. I docked one star because there was a terrible whistling sound in the hallway that screamed into our room, a high pitch sound that made it impossible to get to sleep the first couple of nights. It resolved after a few days.
Extremely pleased with our stay on my wife's birthday. The staff arranged a complimentary wine and a sweet birthday wishes note as well. The view from the 29th floor was excellent and the suite was fully loaded with all the amenities needed for a pleasant stay. Highly recommended. You get what you pay for.
