My mum had an issue with her car requiring a diagnostic test. She is 75 and was really concerned that there would be a big problem, costing her a lot of money. We dealt with Jason and he was extremely polite, helpful and respectful - something that doesn't always happen for older customers. I was with mum and saw myself how he spoke to her and resolved the issue for her - without costing much at all. Thank you Jason. Great customer service.

Brilliant  customer service.  Our sales consultant, Kristy, had exceptional knowledge, mechanical and technical, and a down to earth approach. Nicole and Simona make up the perfect team. Went to view a new V6 Ranger and 3 days later drove it home. Very very happy.

My local Ford service is closed at the moment and so I came to this branch for my car's annual check-up. The customer service here is great, everyone is lovely to deal with. I really appreciate that they did all they could to speed up my service on a busy day as I needed it done at a specific time. Thanks so much!

I really want to congratulate Rowan at Victory Ford dealership at South Tweed Heads. I have had to speak to zrowan twice in the past few weeks and have been so impressed with his skills with dealing with the public. Rowan is a very impressive young man. He treats every customer with respect. I was considering taking my car to my local mechanic but since I have met Rowan that won’t happen. He needs to be recognised for his great customer service. I had a fantastic experience with this dealership and especially Pete. They were extremely professional and informative. I did not feel pressured at any stage of the process. Could not recommend the team higher.

This is the worst customer service I have ever come across anywhere!!! They promise all these services when you are purchasing a car and once the deal is done it’s like your not worth their time. They don’t even bother to call you back even after calling and leaving a lot of messages. They have  no interest in trying to help . Rude is a understatement.

The whole process of getting our LDV was so easy. Exceptional service provided by the whole team especially Julia and Elliot. Very pleasant experience.

Just wish I could give this business zero stars for its abusive and exploitative behaviour towards staff. I will never ever shop from such a business, and I will never recommend this business to a single person but will warn to stay away. They have zero good will in my books.

Thanks for making the process of getting a new Ford Ranger easy. Thanks to Chris, Nicole, Elliot and Kristy. Look forward to seeing you in 5 years!
