I’m a student here, and I’ve had a very bad experience with this university. I tried to swap my units because I couldn’t find a placement. I contacted customer service, and a lady named Lisa was extremely rude to me. After speaking to her, I literally cried. They need to train their staff before offering them a job. I’m planning to transfer to another university soon. Don’t go to this university if you care about your mental health. They only give you stress and anxiety whenever you need help. I would give them a zero for their support system.
Amazing place for learning. Great support and peers. Four years just went like a whirlwind. Bachelor of Social Work.
Honestly, just don't bother.nnI tried enrolling into a course for 3 months.nn3 months.nnThe staff are so completely incompetent that they could not answer even the most basic of questions. The whole thing is a complete waste of time.nThere was an issue completing the enrolment. They repeatedly asked me to try the same troubleshooting steps over and over again, despite me providing evidence/screenshots/emails to explain that it doesn't work.
It's a university of choice. Very good campus with the backdrop of Maribyrnong river and park, also Flemington racecourse. Great location for students to commute to with ease.
Thank you these was my dream and came through I think am great for allot of things day I talk about vic uni in my daily routine and it’s amazing to part of footscray for 10 years but it’s all cool banana
