I thoroughly recommend working for Hoban Recruitment.  They look after their employees thoroughly. The school crossing supervisor work is very rewarding.  This work is very different to the normal work you do.  Although time and weather can be be regarded a bother.  Crossing the children, their parents, and siblings are very enjoyable.  They truly appreciate you crossing them safely and sometimes they make cards to tell you of their appreciation. The friends you make is amazing. Lorraine.

I’ve work with Hoban for over 3 years and my experience with them has been fantastic. I’ve had a few consultations but they’re all great people to work with. My consultant now is Olga and I just appreciate her being so easy to talk to and very professional in her job.

I enjoy my job as a school crossing supervisor hours are good  pay is helpful and doing a job for the community is very important protecting our children on the roads Olga  and Tau are helpful and easy to talk to one down side is our staffing but I'm shaw it will be fixed soon than later. I am working as a school crossing supervisor for almost two years with Hoban Recruitment as my sub contractor. During this period I really enjoyed working with with them. Their professional approach in handling operational situations are exceptionally good. I always communicate them with my coordinator Tua who is a very well trained professional. I am looking forward to working wit them for some time.

Hoban is a good company to work for. My supervisor Olga is very helpful and tries her best to make things easier for me and other staff. Management is very supportive of their workers.

Hoban staff are kind and helpful.  Always there to answer questions in a prompt fashion by phone, email or text.  Most of my dealings are with Olga Kydoni. She is always happy and helpful.  Nothing is too much trouble for her.  I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a job.

It's very rewarding being a school crossing Supervisor. The children  and the parents including the school staff are very appreciative of the community suppprt to keeping all safe on the crossing. It's also the general public who see me on the crossing that are happy to use it too. Currently i am away unwell and I've heard that after the first day of my absence the children complained that i wasn't there and they miss me. It's lovely knowing how content and safe they feel when i am there. I miss them too. I look forward to all their friendly faces when i return. Tua our team leader and the staff are very supportive and i greatly appreciate their support and understanding of my absence through illness.

Since joining Hoban in 2019, I have nothing but the best experience in a working environment. I have had a few consultants to help me through the years, they have all been great. My latest consultant, Olga Kydoni is fantastic, she is always keeping in touch letting me know "Whats Up", she understands the situations that occur and is very respectful and her attitude is one big reason that I love my job and Hoban.
