I had an amazing experience with Lauren during my driving test. Her exceptional customer service set the perfect tone for the entire process. I was no more than 10 minutes late to my driving test appointment due to traffic and was told I could no longer take it. The venue was fully empty, no one else there but me and there were at least 3 employees talking to each other doing nothing, sitting behind the front desk lady. They were not busy at all but she literally just said you can’t take the test now, book it again online. No help, no explanations, nothing, she just didn't care.nIt was meant to be my second attempt, I failed my first one at a different centre and they were so much nicer and helpful. They also helped me book the second attempt instead of just sending me home and telling me to do it online . It will be months until I can take the test again, and I really needed to take it in order to be able to drive to my nursing placement. Thanks for nothing, please never book a test in this vicroads
I went for my P’s driving test today and was failed for a very minor reason. I was told to do a parallel park against a sloped curve. meaning that if you hit it, you cannot feel it because the wheels just roll up against it. i did not feel the wheels hit the gutter and if i did i would have readjusted my park. the instructor, ashley, failed me for this reason and would not give me another chance to do another park against a normal curb. Parallel parks should be done against normal edged curbs like always to prevent multiple learners from failing. This reason was not a true judgement or reflection of my driving skills and was nothing but a petty and faulty technicality.
Today I had my driving licence test at VicRoads,Werribee and I am happy to announce that I got through it. My examiner was Ramesh and he is a nice and professional examiner. He made the test session less stress and his instructions were clear. Highly appreciate his support.nThank you very much examiner Ramesh.
Natalie driving instructor failed me because she had to intervene by pulling hand brake. I’m not new to the money scheme these companies pulls just to make you pay for another test. I had the right way & as I was going straight, she pulls tha brakes then tells me “did you not see this car”, the vehicle was at a safe distance for me to keep straight & had put us in danger pulling handbrake in middle of street. Smh. SUV passed us by after tha fact & I wear glasses to see so I was able to see clearly, I value my life more than hers so I was shocked she even pulled the handbrakes on me. she didn’t trust my judgement but yet shes wearing sunglasses so doesn’t that mean her vision was impaired compared to mine?! Dash cams are recommended for evidence because ppl are trying to get there license here & y’all holding ppl back from prospering.
