Had my drive test with Wendy. Very professional instructor who, unlike instructors from other vicroad offices didn't have the demeanor of an undertaker. Service overall was excellent. Definitely going there over any other department for any future help.

I had took my own car for the drive test and the initial assessment deemed it unsuitable for the test because a busted brake light. I was keen to do the test on the day (having taken half day off work), and the instructor told me if I can be back by 3:30 it was still possible to do the test. I reach at 3:32 , and was told by the instructor "Its a bit late now, traffic is getting bad. We'll have to reschedule." I don't know what changed his mind, and why he wasn't able to accommodate the test. Seemed like he had made up his mind to wrap the day and go home. Very annoying service, so gave feedback to them, and did not reschedule. I probably won't go there again. I recommend you to avoid this centre if you are travelling from a suburb that's not nearby.

Never have I felt so ignored. I go to the counter to ask for a Learners book and promptly get told “Sit and wait and I’ll get to you when I can”. 3 new customers walk in and get served before me - all I wanted was a bloody book! I walked out without the book in total disgust!!!!!! Check your front of counter staff and can I suggest letting them know they wouldn’t have a job without customers like me.

Very good experience at Vic Roads Werribee . Nicely located office with friendly staff.Prompt Service and clear instructions by the Driving Test Officer.

I want to rate 0 star but i cannot put in there.the staff here is only care about making money falling people. Today i gave a driving test she fall because i am Exceed limit near the school zone but I stop my car see every where as also decrease the speed around 35km and even cycle lane as well And everything is perfect after that she say to me you r not successful i m driving in Victoria with my learner permit for 6 months and on overseas licence for 1 year and not facing and accidents or other fine .i am really not happy with the service and behaviour of Werribee vic road So annoying Pls check that review before u book ur test in werribee vic road Choose any other centre but never recommend Werribee vic road It’s my 3rd test and also said rebook pls we hv some date available Wasting money pls be aware
