Monday we went to Hoppers Crossing and was getting a learners permit for my Daughter. We had the pleasure of been attended to hy Prince.nHe was very professional and explained the process and even wished her a Happy Birthday. Excellent customer service and very nice man. From the moment I approached the counter, Anna was courteous, efficient, and clearly knowledgeable about the processes. She took the time to explain everything thoroughly and made what could have been a stressful experience feel smooth and straightforward.nnHer calm and friendly demeanor stood out, and it was clear she genuinely cared about providing great assistance while still comply with the law. It’s not often that government-related tasks are enjoyable, but Anna really made a difference. Big thanks to her for going above and beyond!

I recently visited VicRoads at Hooper Crossing and had an incredibly frustrating experience. The manager was downright rude, disrespectful, and completely unhelpful. It was clear that they had no interest in assisting customers, and their behavior was totally unprofessional. Unfortunately, some of the staff seemed to follow suit with a lack of courtesy, making the entire experience unpleasant. However, I do want to acknowledge that there were a couple of staff members who were genuinely helpful and friendly. Overall, this location really needs to address its customer service issues, especially when it comes to management and certain staff members.
