Excellent customer service and a very convenient location, it's a full Australia post not half like in Manor lakes so have all facilities. store layout is very nice and I haven't seen such a huge Australia post outlet like this, great job
Another update to explain about review due to a woke reviewer assuming that I am racist:nnThis particular staff member I found was rude, I don't care about race. She was rude because of how she responded to my questions. I don't have a prejudice against any one of her race. It's just one's opinion. She may be efficient but so are most staff members.nnI have dealt with other people of her race and background and they were friendlier than her.nnOriginal review:nnAsian lady believe her name is Ngai I was served by was rude. She told me that my packages could not fit as a small letter where one of them could fit as a large letter but the other one had to be a parcel even though I packaged them with too much heavy duty bubble wrap. Nasty attitude is how I describe her rudeness.nnMost other staff are fine from other experiences I've had in the past.nnVery limited the hours this parcel has, so it's better to go to Hoppers Crossing near the station because of its hours. I haven't dealt with their staff but hopefully they have good staff but this place needs to pickup its game.nnUpdate from the afternoon:nnI was served by Prakash and his customer service made me think this place isn't bad. 5 stars because of the good customer service by most staff, but lost a star due to its poor hours and lost another because of the bad apple. It's worth coming here for a drop off for postage if you don't like private couriers but I think Sendle has better customer service overall.
Very bad service.. head of post office extremely rude and Aussie aged lady was pathetic. They don’t know what the customer service. Racist at the extreme level. Went to other post outlet, I asked why you guys are so polite, and helped me so nicely but I was at Watton street outlet , for same thing they were very rude. They said we are privately owned. So in this case big no to going to Watson street outlet. Horrible service, bad attitude
Amusing reading the criticisms. Does anyone else notice a consistent racial bias? I've always found this PO to be very good and the Asian staff very efficient and helpful. Having to put up with this level of criticism must be difficult when it's clearly influenced by bias.
Really unprofessional and lazy and doesn’t even help and not even try to help, especially the lady who worked today . I would never come back to this place ever again really unhelpful waisted my time. She workes as if she doesn’t gets paid and as if someone forced her to work there! Really unpleasant experience from this post office! Definitely a negative zero star!
