Do not recommend this post office for passport pictures or photocopies. Photocopy quality was very poor. Go to Officeworks instead. Parcel pick up is usually prompt and service is acceptable.

The lady who answered the phone call was very rude.. she was definetly not interested in helping me out and asked me to book an appointment online.... will never ever go back to them...

Small store with very little product range, the post shop has great friendly staff and the service was fast and effective.

Staff missed placed my parcel and wouldn't take responsibility they kept blaming delivery driver until they found it. very rude staff
